Day Five: zonk

Early rise to draw out some ideas for the mural.  Kids are off to school which starts at 7:30AM and ends at 2PM here.  A lot of the kids have been staying and excitedly helping with the transformation of the school.

Today was full on painting fun fest!

More to learn:

The language spoken is called Tshivenda.  In our house we bathe every morning, no exceptions (which Maxx loves).  Kids love Walkie Talkies (thanks Cami and Leo).  I am referred to as Mama Maxx by all the kids. Takalani means happy.  If you give one child something you better have 500 more close by.
